Information we collect
When you create an account or submit a grant application, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, social handles, and the details of your request. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not collect bank account or payment details through this site.
How we use it
We use your information solely to review grant applications, communicate with you about your request, administer awards, and meet our recordkeeping and reporting obligations as an Indiana private foundation. We do not sell your information.
How it's stored
Applications and account data are stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Storage). Access is limited to EDEN trustees and officers involved in the review process. We retain records for seven years as required for 990-PF reporting.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@eudaimoniadubstep.org. Note that we may need to retain certain records to meet legal obligations.
